The organization behind SXSW is incredible. Just to schedule the 2000 bands and eighty venues would be fun. As in are we having fun yet? The venues vary from the free Auditorium Shores Stage, located at 920 W. Riverside Drive on Lady Bird Lake to the Central Presbyterian Church.

Emo’s, at 603 Red River, just off 6th Street has an indoor and an outdoor stage and both will be fully utilized. Johnny Cash once played here, a long time ago.
